Prof. dr Boris Krivokapić professor of Public International Law. B.A. (1979), M.A. (1985), Ph.D. in Law (1988). Author of 25 books and over 130 other scientific works published in a dozen of countries of Europe, Asia and America. Recieved a number of awards for extraordinary scientific rezults.

         In martial arts since 1974. In 1974-1983. practiced Judo and Ju-Jitsu for 5 years, then Karate for 4 years. Since 1983. he has practiced and teached the WTF Taekwondo (one of the first black belts in Serbia) and since 1993. Hapkido (Hapkikwan).

         In his younger days one of the best Serbian taekwondo competitors in sparring (-83 kg.) and 5 times champion of Yugoslavia and 5 times champion of Serbia in forms (indovidual), as well as 3 times second in Yugoslavia and 3 times second in Serbia in forms – sinchron performance.

         Former president of Yugoslav Taekwondo Association, Secretary General of Yugoslav Taekwondo Federation (YTF), Secretary General of Taekwondo Federation of Serbia (TFS), member of the Executive Commeettee of the Balkan Taekwondo Union (BTU), etc.

         Former coach of Yugoslav national team for forms (1996-2003), former YTF Sports Director, former President of YTF Technical Board, for many years president of the National Black Belt (Dan) Commission, etc.

         Participated in many international taekwondo seminars as well as in seminars in other martial arts. In 1994. spent 2 months in Seoul (South Korea), where every day practiced hapkido as a a personal student of one of most distingushed Korean masters (Mr. Choi Sang Heum).

         Taekwondo instructor since 1987. In 1989. graduated at the Institute of Physical Education in Novi Sad (official state agency for sport education) receiving official diploma of taekwondo instructor (coach). Before the Taekwono club “Red Star”, he was instructor in taekwondo clubs “Kalemegdan” and “Inter”.

         In the period when he was head coach for the taekwondo in the TC “Red Star” (1995-2002), competitors of the Club won 271 medals, including 2 first and 1 third places at the Balcan championships, 59 individual titles of national champions, 13 individual titles of winners of the Yugosalv Cup, 40 titles of the champions of Serbia, etc. In the same period, the Club won 6 team titles of champion of Yugoslavia, 5 team titles of champion of Serbia, 2 second and 1 third team places on national championships, 4 team second places on the Cup of Yugoslavia, etc.

         His students have won 1st and 3rd places in Balkan championships, over 60 titles of national champions (individual), etc.

         In 1994. founded his own school of martial arts – Hapkikwan. Since 2002. dedicated himself to development ond promotion of Hapkikwan.
